Mental Health
The measure of a great people can be seen in how it treats those who are not the strongest among them. North Carolina has made great strides in providing better mental health care for its citizens but it needs to do much more. Senator Snow has worked to provide better and more sophisticated hospitals to those that need help with their mental health matters.

Ethics
Government should be a place where great ideas are debated honestly and not stifled by an unfair system. Senator Snow believes that public officials should be held to a higher standard and should be held accountable for what they do while they are safeguarding the public trust.
